As the Director of Sales at Wentworth Golf Club, Caroline specializes in making every event unforgettable. With nearly a decade at Wentworth, she has become thego-to person for booking private events ranging from birthdays and weddings to school banquets and baby showers. Caroline’s extensive background in hospitality shines through in her work; having grown up in the restaurant industry, she later owned a gourmet gift shop and florist business before transitioning to golf and country clubs. Her diverse experience as an F&B Director, Membership Director, Assistant GM, and Director of Sales gives her a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to create exceptional experiences.

What Caroline loves most about her role is connecting with members and guests, many of whom she considers family after years of working together. She delights in helping event clients bring their visions to life and finds joy in the smiles of satisfied guests. Outside of work, Caroline is a proud mother to a professional soccer player in Iceland and a doting grandmother to Rurik and Briet. Her hobbies include traveling, jamming to Earth, Wind & Fire, and spending time with her beloved children, Maurice, Dante, and Sierre, along with her three lovely cats—Lola, Marley, and Zelly. Known for her warm welcomes, magical moments, and fond farewells, Caroline ensures every visit to Wentworth is a special one.
