Celebrate Labor Day the Right Way: On the Course
Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, and there’s no better way to enjoy it than with golf, friends, and a little healthy competition. This year, Wentworth Golf Club is proud to host our annual Labor Day Golf Tournament on Monday, September 1st, starting with a 9AM shotgun start.
Whether you’re a long-time member, a weekend golfer, or just looking for a great way to enjoy the holiday, this tournament is the perfect excuse to hit the links and have some fun. With an accessible 4-player scramble format, exciting challenges, and cash prizes, it’s a can’t-miss event for players of all skill levels.

What’s a 4-Player Scramble?
In a scramble, each golfer on a team hits from the same location. The team chooses the best shot, and everyone hits again from that spot. It’s relaxed, social, and perfect for golfers of all abilities.

- Longest Drive – Hole #18
Biggest swing of the day could earn you a $50 Pro Shop Credit. - Closest to the Pin – Hole #16
Pinpoint accuracy could score you a $50 Pro Shop Credit. - Pigskin Pass-Weiser Contest
Between holes, show off your football toss skills. Sink the ball in the bin and win a free beer.
Tournament Prizes
- 1st Place Team: $50 cash per player
- 2nd Place Team: $25 cash per player
